Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Aurora Outerwear!

Items are generally shipped via UPS and USPS.

Our shipping fee is a flat rate of $9.99.

For orders over $200,
shipping will be free.

Orders are generally filled and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

Pickup orders are generally ready within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

We cannot take responsibility for any postal issues including: items undeliverable as addressed, post boxes not being found, unattended deliveries being stolen, etc.

Return Policy

All returns must now be submitted through the return portal. Email or text requests will not be processed.

All return requests or in store returns must be processed within 7 days of order delivery or pickup notification.

Returns will be limited to three (3) items per order.

Choosing a return label will incur a $7 fee which will be deducted from your refund in addition to the restocking fee.

All returns will be subject to a 3% restocking fee. Returns over $500 will be subject to a 6% restocking fee.

If your returned items bring the order total under the $200 threshold for free shipping, a further $9.99 will be deducted from your refund for the initial shipping cost. 

All merchandise must be returned in new unworn condition with the tags and labels still attached. We unfortunately cannot accept items that have been washed, damaged, or altered in any way.

Any discounted merchandise or merchandise purchased as part of a promotion is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Once your return is received back at our store and is approved for return, we will apply your refund to your original payment.
